Write a useful review
- Only review someone you actually worked with, bought from or learned from.
- Describe your own experience: what you asked for, what happened, how it ended.
- Be specific. "Delivered the logo two days early and did three free revisions" helps more than "great!".
- Keep it current. Review within a year of working together.
Not allowed
- Reviews of yourself, including from a second account. Reviewing family, friends or people you work with is fine, as long as it's honest.
- Reviews written in exchange for money, discounts, gifts or a review back.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment or sexual content.
- Personal information such as phone numbers, home addresses or ID numbers.
- Claims of crimes. Report those to the authorities, not in a review.
- Advertising, links to other services, or spam.
- Reviews written by AI on someone else's behalf, or copied from elsewhere.
Replies
People can reply once, publicly, to each review about them. Replies follow the same rules. Stay calm, explain your side, and don't reveal private details about the reviewer.
Profiles
Use your real name, a photo of yourself, and only link accounts you own. Brand or fan accounts can't have a personal profile.
